1. Return Eligibility:
We offer a 7-Day Easy Return Policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wears are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
3. How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return:

- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once approved, arrange the return shipment or use our pickup service where available.
4. Refund Process:
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
For Cash on Delivery orders:
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.
- Customers may be required to provide bank account or UPI details for refund processing.
6. Exchange Policy:
If you receive the wrong size or a defective product, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
8. Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
